Listening to the customer service response today, an old customer called to consult us Anzhikou hardware want to reorder stainless steel CD pattern screws. However, only need make small change in the design. The tail of the screw used to be formed naturally . The customer requires a chamfer on the tail of the thread for assembling easily now! And he also ask me do we need to open the mould? We checked with our engineer immediately, and we get the result that need to open the mould, so we will tell the reason to customer:

Because the original thread rolling dies don’t have the angle, in order to achieve the customer's requirements, then we need to make the new set of thread rolling dies. Of course, if customer doesn’t want to open the mold, we must need to CNC, but the cost will be higher than opening the mould, so the customer still chooses to open the mold for production.
