It is very important to choose the material of the top mold, which mainly depends on the quality of the internal tungsten steel. Authentic Chunbao tungsten steel can effectively guarantee the service life of non-standard anti-theft screws. Thread rolling plates need to have very high hardness, wear resistance, satisfactory strength, impact and fatigue resistance.

The hardness of the working parts should be 59HRC. If the hardness is higher than 62Hrc, it will crack. If it is lower than 59HRC, there will be wear and tear, which will affect its service life. Quenched martensite is less than grade 3. There should be no decarburization and low hardness parts on the surface of the operation surface, and there should be no scratches, cracks and other defects on the surface of the twist board, otherwise a series of treatments should be carried out. Problems will appear, which will affect the normal use later.
