If the problem can be solved only by hardening, then there is no need to change any material, and to change a good material to produce the screw. Also, if you use too much force when installing screws, causing the screws to slip or even break, adjust the force.
If it doesn't work, you can only directly replace the screw material and replace it with a better one. In the face of screw wire 1010, based on the screw produced by 1006 screw wire, the hardness of the screw produced by the wire itself is not very good. It can only reach level 4.8, and some cannot reach level 4.8.
If the customer's requirements are high, they can only use better screws and wires, and better screw materials. For example, 10B21, 1022, etc. to produce 8.8 grade screws. By hardening it, the hardness of the combined screw reaches 8.8.
