In the production of small screws, the heading and thread rolling machine are all the most important part . We should select the raw material wire of the small screw, and the production operator should adjust the heading machine and install the corresponding small screw mold.  Then the screw by cold heading will be without the thread , in the back, go to the enginner who  is responsible for thread rolling to thread rolling treatment  If the small screw needs to thread rolling, it is necessary to have a thread rolling machine and thread rolling dies. The dies is installed on the thread rolling machine, and then we can make the thread rolling process for the small screw.  Of course, these are cold heading molding processes, small screws can also be produced by automatic lathes(CNC), a series of feeders are completed in the vibrating selection tray, basically without manual intervention, but the cost of lathes is higher than cold heading.
